YieldNodes: February Returns and Geopolitical Events
A lot changed in the world over the last month, but the cryptocurrency market continues to move sideways with Bitcoin running sideways between $35,000-$45,000. Due to current events, mass adoption of crypto appears to be jumping into hyperdrive. In the meantime, with parts of the world in disarray and doubt in the markets, YieldNodes continues to deliver for its users.
The month of February netted 8.3% returns for users. This follows an 8% month in January and 7.5% month in December. YieldNodes produced 23.8% returns over the last 3 months, a time when we have seen Bitcoin decline from $58,000 to a low of $33,000.
As mentioned last month, compounding returns continue to be the greatest path to prosperity for YieldNodes. Using the last 3 months’ returns as an average (7.93%), users can see an Anual Percentage Yield (APY) of 149.87%.

YieldNodes & Politics
We’re deeply saddened by current events in Ukraine, and though we try to remain non-political as as a company, we take a hard stance in this circumstance and support our Ukrainian friends and brothers.
To this end, we worked to implement a “donation from withdrawable funds” feature and Urs and Steve commit to matching all donations 100% from own funds. (Not YieldNodes funds! Our own private funds.)
When funds will be sent we will show the transaction in a transparent way so you know the money will go to good humanitarian use. When people need to cower underground in fear, and children are collateral damage, we are compelled to act and provide help. As Edmund Burke once said: “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing”.
In that spirit, Urs has also purchased 2 buses that will help to carry refugees, including disabled refugees, from Ukraine into safezones in Europe. We consider ourselves to be a force of good, and want to be able to face ourselves in the mirror. If you want you can also donate directly yourself.

Decenomy Hub in Malta & Team Meeting
We had a team meeting in Malta at the Decenomy/YieldNodes offices, and are happy to unveil the construction of what is hopefully the first of many Decenomy Hubs. It will be a place where staking and masternoding is explained, people can get together, get funding for coin projects, learn to use this new economy, get general assistance, and network. AKA: our gateway to the real world.
Malta will be the first, but many more are to follow — expanding the Decenomy and coin usage all across Europe (at first) and then the world! Hopefully, it will become a great meeting spot for all of us. The space is definitely there (its going to be huge!) this is but a small compilation.
